RoomLinX Launches Industry Changing Media and Entertainment System
Monday, January 28, 2008 was a great day for the hospitality industry and for RoomLinX, (OTC: BB) because it’s the day RoomLinX launched their proprietary product that is going to change hotel internet access and entertainment forever. starting Monday hotels will be able to shift internet access from the expense column to the profit side of the ledger with the installation of RoomLinX’s proprietary Media and Entertainment system consisting of a flat screen TV, wireless keyboard and remote control with set-top box. Now, in-room guests will be able to shop online, surf the internet, watch an expanded variety of movies, play a wider assortment of video games as well as access a variety of business services within the hotel.
With shared revenues projected at $90 per room per month, the Company projects this brand new market at about $4 Billion per year. We expect to see a series of announcements as existing customers begin to change over to this new system. We expect to see a lot of media buzz around the product side of this company and, as usual there will be some crossover exposure for the stock as well.
